Covid-19 Vaccinations

We are working hard to deliver the vaccine as quickly as possible.  We are vaccinating according to the priority groups outlined by the government and clinic dates are set once we have a confirmed delivery date of the vaccine.  At present, we are only getting 2 or 3 days advance notice of a delivery.  We will contact you when it's the right time for you.  Please DO NOT contact the surgery asking about appointments as these calls are blocking the phone lines.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The practice nurses are available Monday to Friday, by appointment, for:

  • Minor illness clinic
  • Immunisations
  • Travel vaccinations
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Blood tests
  • Dressings
  • Removal of sutures
  • ECGs
  • Cervical smears
  • Dietary advice
  • Diabetic clinic
  • Asthma clinic

Our Nursing team is led by our Lead Practice Nurse Helen Ellis. As well as managing the Nursing Team, Helen is our Long Term Conditions Nurse and specialises in Diabetes, Asthma and COPD.

Helen's team include Practice Nurses Sarah Herring, Jo Hyde, Jenny Stearnes and Pam Norman.  Our Health Care Assistant is Annabel Watts.
