Flu Clinic dates

Flu clinics for the over 18s will be held between 7.30am and 5.30pm on Tues 2nd October in Chalfont St Peter Parish Church Hall (opposite Misbourne Surgery) and on Thurs 25th October at St Giles Surgery.  For more info, please look at 'Flu Clinics 2018' on the right hand side under 'Further Information'.

 

 Online Patient Access

To save you time have you considered registering for online Patient Access?

This will enable you to book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view certain items of your medical record.

To register you will need to see Reception with your photo id.

If you need urgent medical advice or need to see a doctor in an emergency when the surgery is closed you may telephone the following numbers:

  • Between 08:00 and 08:30 or 18:00 and 18:30 Monday to Friday please call 01296 850013. (From 3rd April 2018 this number changes to 0300 033 9888)

  • Between 18:30 and 08:00, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, or when we are closed for staff training please call 111. For more information on the NHS111 service please click here.

The Minor Injuries and Illness Unit (MIIU) is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is based at:

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
